Pepperoni Casserole
3 cups spiral pasta, uncooked
1 quart spaghetti sauce
1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
1 package sliced pepperoni
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
4 ounce can mushrooms
Cook and drain ground beef. Set aside.
Cook macaroni according to directions.
Mix ground beef, macaroni, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni, and parmesan cheese together.
Place all in a greased 9×13 dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
