Publick House Blueberry Pie

1 Baked 9″ pie shell

2 pints Blueberries

1/2 cup Cold water

5 tablespoons Cornstarch

1 Pinch salt

2/3 cup Sugar

1 tablespoon Lime juice

1/2 cup Water

Make a paste of the cornstarch, salt and cold water. Boil 1 cup of the berries with sugar lime juice and 1/2 cup water. Add paste and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. When cool, add remaining berries and put into shell; refrigerate. Can also use strawberries.
