Easy Caramel Apple Pie

1 package stouffers frozen escalloped apples — 12 ounces

2 packages cream cheese (3 oz each), softened

1 egg

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon flour

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1 Keebler graham piecrust

1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Defrost apples in microwave on 50% power for 6-7 minutes.

In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, flour and vanilla until smooth; spread mixture into piecrust.

In separate bowl, combine apples, caramel topping and cinnamon; gently spoon over cream cheese layer.

Bake for 40-45 minutes at 375ºF until apple mixture bubbles up around edges of pie. Cool on wire rack. Serve at room temperature.

Yield: 6-8 servings.
