Pecan Pie
4 eggs
1 1/4 C. corn syrup
1/2 C. sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
4 T. margarine
1/8 t. salt
3/4 C. pecans
Unbaked 9-inch pastry pie shell
Mix all ingredients together, adding pecans last. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 375°F. Reduce heat to 350°F. and continue baking about 25 more minutes.
Note: Corn syrup may be light or dark, as you prefer.
