Honey Mustard Dressing

Honey Mustard Dressing

1/4 C. vinegar

1 C. mayonnaise

1 t. prepared mustard

1 T. sugar

1/4 C. finely chopped onion

1/2 C. honey

1 t. minced parsley

salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

1/2 C. vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients in blender, except oil, processing until smooth. While blender is running, slowly add oil until well blended.
Store in refrigerator.

Makes 2 cups.
