Creamy Garlic and Onion Salad Dressing

1 C. mayonnaise

2 T. minced parsley

1 T. white vinegar

1 T. milk (or more)

1 clove garlic (minced or pressed)

1/2 t. sugar

1/4 t. salt

1/4 C. sour cream

1 T. grated onion

Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill. Makes 1 cup.

Substitute 1 tablespoon grated onion in place of garlic.
