Crunch and Munch Apple Salad
1 C. raisins
1 1/2 C. orange juice
2 C. diced celery
3 C. diced apples
1/2 C. halved seedless grapes
1 C. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
3/4 to 1 C. mayonnaise (to taste)
3/4 to 1 C. sour cream (to taste)
Soak raisins in orange juice overnight. Drain, and then combine raisins with other ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Chill until ready to serve.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
