2 large cucumbers
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 T. cider vinegar
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 C. fresh dill chopped (optional)
Peel the cucumbers. Cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and slice into thin slices. Sprinkle with salt and let set for 10 minutes in a strainer.
Add the remaining ingredients to a bowl to make your dressing. Add the cucumbers and toss cucumbers to blend in the dressing.
Chill until ready to serve.
