Sauerkraut Salad
1 large can sauerkraut
1 medium size green pepper
2 cups onion
2 cups celery
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Dissolve sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper
Add celery and onions
Mix well with drained sauerkraut
Let marinate for several hours before serving
Will keep for several days.
