Spinach Strawberry Salad

16 oz. fresh baby spinach

2 T. toasted sesame seeds*

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 T. raspberry vinegar

2-3 T. sugar

2 T. minced green onions

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 t. worcestershire sauce

dash of tabasco

1  1/2 cups strawberries, sliced

Thoroughly wash and dry spinach and tear into bite size pieces.

Toss spinach with sesame seeds.

Whisk together remaining ingredients, except strawberries.

Just before serving add strawberries and dressing.

*To Toast sesame seeds: Put seeds in heavy fry pan and over medium heat, stir and cook until golden brown.

Serves 2.
