Crockpot Golden Cheesy Rice Bake
2 C. cooked long grain converted rice
3 C. peeled grated carrots
2 C. grated sharp processed cheese
1/2 C. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. chopped onion
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
In bowl, combine all ingredients; stir well. Pour into greased Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours or on High for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Double recipe for 5-quart Crock-Pot.
