Cherry-Pineapple Turkey Roast
3 lb frozen boneless turkey roast
1 (10-oz) jar cherry preserves
1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, (drain, but reserve juice)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Dash cloves
Remove wrappings and fat from turkey roast.
Place in crock-pot/slow cooker.
Combine juices from pineapple, lemon juice and cloves. Pour over turkey.
Cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours. Just before serving, remove roast to warm platter.
Turn crock-pot to High. Mix cherry preserves and pineapple with juices in crock-pot and heat. Slice turkey and spoon cherry sauce over slices.
Serve with remaining sauce.
