Crockpot Chicken Tacos
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 cup chicken broth
Combine all in crock; cook 6-8 hours on LOW.
Remove breasts from crock, cool slightly then fork-shred. (Spoon a bit of the juice over it if desired).
Serve on warmed tortillas with cheese, salsa, sour cream, black olives, lettuce or tomatoes.
