Crockpot Sausage Bake
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
Brown the sausage, breaking up the big pieces; drain off fat.
Blend sugar, flour and cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/2 cup cold water.
Combine all ingredients into crockpot; cook on low 4-5 hours, stirring once or twice.
It is done when potatoes and apples are both tender.
