Fresh Salmon Chowder
2 md Onions; sliced
2 Carrots; sliced
2 Stalks celery with tops (diced)
3 Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 Cup Water
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb Fresh salmon fillets
1 Cup Milk
Bring onion, carrots, celery and potatoes to a boil with water, salt, and pepper; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Add salmon and milk to saucepan. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until fish is done.
Serve.
