Hungarian Chili
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
2 cans Ranch style or kidney beans
2 cans corn, drained
1 onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
1/4 c. chili powder
1 clove garlic or 2 tbsp. to own taste
Dice onion and add to ground beef.
Add the rest of the ingredients together in a large pan.
Bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Delicious served with hot buttered flour tortillas.
