• 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1 egg
  2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 Cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1-1/2 Cup chopped pecans
• 1-1/2 Cup chopped fresh cranberries
