Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 50 cookies)
  • 1/4 cup Bacardi dark rum 80 proof
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 8 oz. (2 cups) ground walnuts
  • confectioner's (powdered) sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except confectioners sugar, blend thoroughly.
  2. Shape into small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Roll in sugar.
  3. Store in tightly covered container
