Black Russian Cake

1 package yellow cake mix

1 package chocolate instant pudding mix (4 1/2 oz.)

1 C. oil

4 eggs

1/4 C. vodka

1/4 C. kahlua

3/4 C. water

1/2 C. confectioners sugar

additional Kahlua liqueur

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, vodka, kahula and water and beat 4 minutes. Turn into a greased and floured Bundt pan.

Bake at 350° F. for 50 minutes. Cool for 1/2 hour and then remove from pan and glaze with confectioners sugar, moistened with additional kahula liqueur.
