Chocolate and Caramel Cake

1 chocolate cake mix

30 caramels

1 can sweetened condensed milk

Mix cake according to directions on the box. Put 1/2 of cake mixture in a 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

Melt caramels and Eagle Brand milk together. Spread over warm cake and follow with the remaining cake mix.

Bake an additional 15 minutes or until done.
