Chocoholic Bundt Cake
1 box dark chocolate cake mix
1 box (3.4 oz) chocolate instant pudding
1 cup half-and-half or milk
1/2 c. sour cream
4 large eggs
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt cake pan or tube pan.
Combine cake mix, pudding, milk, sour cream, and eggs in a large mixer bowl. Beat at low speed until combined, then on high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake 60 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan 20 minutes then turn out on cake plate to finish cooling.
This cake does not need any icing. Just dust with powdered sugar. Serves 12-18
