Chocolate Almond Bundt Cake
1 package chocolate cake mix
1 (3½ ounce) pkg chocolate instant pudding mix
4 eggs
½ c vegetable oil
1 (12 ounce) can Solo Almond Filling
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Place all ingredients into the large bowl of an electric mixer. Mix at low speed until all ingredients are blended, using a rubber spatula to scrape sides of bowl. Beat at medium speed about 3 minutes, or until well blended and smooth. Do not overbeat. Turn batter into prepared pan.
Bake 60 to 70 minutes, or until a can tester inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Let stand in pan about 5 minutes. Turn out of pan onto a wire rack and cool completely before cutting.
