Honey Pumpkin Delight

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup honey
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 cup nuts
8 ounces cool whip, thawed
8 ounces cream cheese
1 3 ounces box instant vanilla pudding

Sift the first 6 ingredients together. Beat together eggs and honey for 5 minutes. Beat in pumpkin, mix in nuts. Beat the flour mixture in pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before icing. Place pudding in large bowl. Mix with milk, following the directions on the box. Add cream cheese and mix well. Blend in cool whip. Spread on cooled bars. Keep refrigerated. Use 9×13 inch pan.
