  Key Lime Cake

1 1/3 C. sugar

2 C. all-purpose flour

2/3 t. salt

1 t. baking powder

1/2 t. baking soda

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin

5 eggs

1 1/3 C. oil

3/4 C. orange juice

1/2 t. vanilla

1 t. lemon extract

1/2 C. key lime juice

1/3 C. powdered sugar

Flour and spray a 9 x 13 pan.

Place dry ingredients into a bowl. Add eggs, oil, orange juice and extracts. Beat well until all blended. Pour into pan and bake at 350° F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.

Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes or until almost cool. Prick all over top with a fork and drizzle thoroughly with lime juice and powdered sugar. Cover and refrigerate.
