Peach Angel Food Cake
Angel Food Cake Mix
5-6 small ripe peaches (3 cups peeled and diced)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Splenda
Peel peaches and dice into a glass measuring bowl. Add water and Splenda. Microwave on High for 5 minutes. Cool thoroughly.
Stir into the angel food cake mix until well mixed.
Pour batter into a 13×9 inch pan. DO NOT SPRAY THE PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY – the cake won’t rise.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool completely.
