Peach Pound Cake
1 1/2 Cups Oil
2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring
3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
3 Chopped Peaches
Pecans or Coconut (optional)
Frosting:
6 tsp. chopped Peaches
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Boxes Confectioners Sugar
Mix in a mixing bowl and bake in a greased Bundt pan at 350º for 1 hour.
Frosting: Combine peaches, cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Pour over cooled cake.
