Rhubarb Surprise Cake
Prepare one yellow cake mix according to directions.
Put in 9 x 13 cake pan.
Mix together 4 1/2 cups diced rhubarb and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Mix until the rhubarb is coated with the sugar.
Spread evenly over the cake.
Pour 1 pint of unwhipped whipping cream over cake and rhubarb mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
