Rocky Road Cookie Pizza
1 package refrigerated cookie dough
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup mini marshmallows
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup caramel sauce
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Arrange cookie dough on a 12-inch pizza pan; roll seams together. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with peanuts, marshmallows and chocolate chips. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the toppings are melted.
Cool before cutting into wedges.
