Toffee Fondue
1/2 cup butter
2 cups dark brown sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
2 tbsp water
one 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
Melt the butter in a bowl over a pan of hot water, and add all the other ingredients except the vanilla essence. Stir until thick, then add the vanilla.
Place in a fondue pot to keep warm, and serve with pieces of apples and pears to dip.
