Baked Spaghetti
4 ounces whole-milk ricotta cheese, about 1/2 cup
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic, or to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pinch nutmeg
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
1 3/4 cups Alfredo sauce, homemade or store-bought
4 cups cooked spaghetti noodles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9- by 12-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley. Mix together well.
Stir in Alfredo sauce and cooked spaghetti. Place in prepared pan, cover with plastic wrap, then with aluminum foil.
Place pan in oven over another pan filled with water to create a steam bath. (This method is similar to the way you would bake a cheesecake.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
