Blt Pizza

BLT Pizza

10 ounces Boboli bread shells, or other pizza shell

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 cups lettuce, shredded

1 cup cheese, Colby/Jack, shredded

3/4 cup tomatoes, chopped

7 slices bacon, chopped

olive, (optional)

Chop bacon and scramble fry until crisp. Drain bacon on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Preheat oven to 400° F. Place pizza shell on baking sheet.

Heat in oven 5 minutes or until slightly crisp. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Spread on pizza shell.

Sprinkle with lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, cheese, and olives. Serve.
