Blue Cheese Rigatoni
3/4 cup half-and-half
1 cup whipping cream
2 4-ounce packages blue cheese
8 ounces rigatoni, penne or similar macaroni
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
Heat oven to 400° F.
Cook pasta according to box directions.
While pasta cooks, melt creams and blue cheese together in a saucepan.
When pasta is done, drain and add sauce. Put pasta into an oven proof dish, sprinkle with Romano cheese and bake about 25 minutes.
Makes 3 to 4 servings
