Chicken Tetrazzini
8 oz. vermicelli, cooked and drained
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup sherry
Paprika
l lb. mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup onion chopped
4 cups chicken, cooked and diced
2 cups sour cream
Parmesan cheese
Cook mushrooms, celery, and onion in butter.
Mix soup, sour cream, and sherry.
Put vermicelli, chicken, onions and mushrooms in casserole.
Add sauce and mix well.
Top with parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350° F. for 45 minutes, or until hot.
