Italian Beef

3 pounds beef chuck roast

1 jar pepperocini peppers

1 large onion, coarsely chopped or sliced

1 package dry Au Jus mix

1 tablespoon dry Italian seasonings

Place the roast in a slow cooker.

Sprinkle all of the remaining ingredients over the roast. This includes the juice in the peppers.

Cover. Cook overnight (8 hours) on medium temperature.

Serve warm or cold.
