Italian Beef Burgundy

3 lbs. beef roast (pork can be substituted)

1 clove garlic chopped

1 bay leaf

1/2 pkg. meat marinade

1-1/2 cups red wine

1-4oz can tomato sauce

1 can mushrooms

Brown meat and garlic in olive oil-add remaining ingredients and simmer until meat is tender.

Serve over noodles, pasta, or mashed potatoes
