Italian Meatballs
2 lbs ground beef
3 eggs
3/4 cup dry Grated Romano cheese
2 teaspoon dry parsley
2 teaspoon salt
pepper
Bread crumbs from 2 slices of bread (rub between hands)
2 sliced fresh green onions
Mix together and roll into balls. Brown on all sides in olive oil.
Add to sauce.
