Italian Roll-Ups

8 dried lasagna noodles

1 can (13.5 ounces) chopped spinach, drained

1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed

1/2 can (26.5 ounces) spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Combine spinach, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and Italian seasoning. Spread on one side of each lasagna noodle. Roll up noodles and place in 2-quart square baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over rolls.

Bake, covered, for 35 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Makes 4 servings.
