Marinated Cheese Appetizer
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Rosemary
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
1 clove crushed Garlic
8 to 12 ounces cubed cheese
If using Mozzerella–try these options 1 or all — So Colorful (optional)
dash of flaked Red Pepper
1 small tin of drained anchovies
8 ounces drained Roasted Red Sweet Peppers
Drained Black Olives
Mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl, add cubed cheese, mix gently to coat and serve with toothpicks.
