Anthony’s Mouthwatering Meatballs
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground veal
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated romano cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 slices white bread (pulled apart and tossed with 2 tbls water–that’s the secret)
1/4 teas salt & pepper
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs.
Mix well.
Add bread crumbs, mix again & form into balls.
Heat 1/4 inch oil in a large frying pan. Add meatballs in a single layer and cook at medium high heat for 4 minutes. Flip, cook 4-6 minutes more (until done).
Drain on paper towel lined bowl.
