Romano Green Beans

3 lbs. string beans

3/4 cup grated Romano cheese

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1 cup plain bread crumbs

9 garlic cloves

Steam string beans; while still firm, drain.

Heat olive oil, saute garlic and parsley until tan.

Add beans and stir 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, add cheese and bread crumbs.

Toss to coat.
