Apricot Pork Sausage
3/4 lb ground pork
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp five-spice powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 large egg
Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients.
Shape mix into 20 balls. Place in ungreased 13″x9″x2″ pan.
Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until no longer pint ink in center; drain well.
Spicy Apricot Glaze
1/2 cup apricot preserves 1/3 cup sweet-and-sour sauce 1/4 Tbsp five-spice powder Mix together in small saucepan. Heat and pour over sausage.
