Crusty French Bread
1/2 tb Yeast
2 c Flour, bread
2 c Flour
1 t Sugar
1/2 tb Salt
1 1/3 c Water
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.Set “baking control” at 11 o’clock. Select “French bread” and push Start.
