Dilly Bread
1/3 C. warm water
1 C. small curd cottage cheese, not drained
1 1/2 T. soft margarine
1 egg, at room temperature
3 C. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 T. sugar
2 T. instant dried onion
2 T. dried dill
1 t. salt
1 3/4 T. yeast
Add to the bread machine in the order given. Set on sweet or regular and bake.
Makes a 1 1/2-pound loaf.
