Espresso Bread

3/4 cup water lukewarm
3 1/4 cups white bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons instant espresso
1 tablespoon pure vanilla
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt fat free
1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer’s instructions.

Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.

Notes: I added ingredients in this order; water, sugar, cream (substituted 1/ 2 and 1/2 ), yogurt, vanilla, salt, espresso, flour, and yeast. Regular crust setting, bread type-basic.
