Russian Black Bread

1 package yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups medium rye flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unprocessed bran flakes
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 cup + 2 tbl. water
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate

Heat in a saucepan over low heat the 1 cup + 2 tablespoons water, molasses, vinegar, butter and chocolate, stirring frequently till chocolate and butter melt. Cool. Add all ingredients to the pan, select wheat cycle and push start.
