Cheddar Taco Bread
1 1/2 pound loaf
1 C. + 2 T. water
3 C. bread flour
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 T. taco seasoning
1 T. sugar
3/4 t. salt
1 1/2 t. yeast
2 pound loaf
1 1/2 C. water
4 C. bread flour
1 1/4 C. shredded cheddar cheese
4 t. taco seasoning
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1 3/4 t. yeast
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machines pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on rack.
This recipe is not recommended for 1 1/2 lb. bread machines with cast-aluminum pans in horizontal-loaf shape.
