Zucchini Oat Bread

2 2/3 teaspoons yeast

1/4 teaspoon ginger

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour

1 1/4 cups bread flour

1/2 cup Quaker rolled oats

1/2 cup oat bran

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons gluten, wheat

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons sugar

2 egg whites, room temperature

1 cup warmed water

1 cup grated zucchini, warmed

2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves

Place all in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer.
