Grilled Fruit Kabobs
2 ripe pears
2 apples
2 peaches
1 cup pineapple chunks
Softened butter
Orange zest
Preheat grill or broiler. Thread fruit onto skewers alternately. Brush kabobs with orange zest butter.
Grill until fruit is tender and softened, about 2 minutes on each side. Baste with more butter and serve.
Approximately 8-10 minutes.
