Lemon Grilled Chicken
4 chicken breast halves – debone and skin
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 t. sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 tablespoons melted butter
Combine marinade ingredients in heavy ziplock bag; mix.
Add chicken breasts and seal bag. Turn to coat with marinade; let stand at room temp for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat charcoal grill. Place chicken over medium coals or low setting on gas grill. Cover grill. Grill for 5 minutes on each side. Baste with butter after turning.
Serves 4.
