Kentucky Potato Salad

8 Large Potatoes, Cooked and Peeled

1 Medium Onion, finely chopped

4 Hard Boiled Eggs, coarsely chopped

2 Celery Sticks, finely chopped

2 Pickles, chopped

1 Cup fried and crumbled Bacon

1 6 oz. can green olives, chopped

3/4 Cup Mayonnaise

1/3 Cup Sour Cream

2 tablespoons mustard

Salt to taste

Mix and Refrigerate
